Dalriada Imports was formed after a family discussion about whether there was any Irish Craft Beer in the Scottish market. Subsequently after research it was proven that there wasn’t & there was a demand for Award Winning, good quality, reasonably priced Irish craft beer, this led to the first delivery landing on Scottish shores just before St Patricks Day in 2016. 

Dalriada was an ancient Scottish kingdom that spanned Argyle to Ulster and initial thoughts were to take the best of Scottish Craft Beer to Ireland and the best of Irish Craft Beer to Scotland. However logistically this would have proved challenging and it was better to do one well, so our Scottish customers won out in the end. We are proud of the fact that we were the first to champion the best of Irish craft beer from bother Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland. Our list of breweries reads like the whos who of Irish Craft Beer. In order of appearance in Scotland we have, Northbound, Hilden, Farmageddon, Galway Bay, White Hag, Kinnegar, Yellowbelly, O’Brother, Third Barrell, Stone Barrell, Third Circle, Rascals, Dot Brew, Mourne Mountain & Beer Hut.
